The Health Hub Academy has come about from Sue Worrall's ambition to help many more people to get to know just how amazing the human body can feel when you have real underlying good health.

Following a long successful career as a clinical nutritionist working with, children, women, families and high-level sports professionals Sue started looking for ways to take her advice and support online. Her thoughts were if she could work one to a few, or even one- to many there was no reason why the results she helped people achieve in her one-to-one sessions could be gained by so many more who needed it most. Sue found the amazing Robert Dicks and Health Hub Academy was born, nurtured and grown into the amazing HUB and resource that it is today.

HEALTH HUB ACADEMY is a hub for all things health and wellness for both health seekers and health practitioners. As service providers in any of the many health-associated disciplines, we are all practitioners. This includes. therapists, medics, coaches, mentors, trainers and sports professionals. The Hub houses our associates, practitioners' production suits, and health seekers' information. It also has courses, workshops and an archive that can be accessed via memberships.

Running successful clinics in Cardiff and London for many years i wrote , updated and modified many courses on Nutrition combined with all the 4 pillars of health Hydration , sleep, exercise and mindset.

Now i only see a few Referrals a year and i have working with some brilliant health professionals in Collaborations to deliver coursed that really do change lives for the better to many more people online through Health Hub academy.

all the courses will include video and PDF downloads. some will have live group sessions and workshop included.
